In a remarkable milestone, the India Today Group celebrated turning 50 with a grand celebration on Monday at the India Today Mediaplex in Noida. Group Chairman and Editor-in-Chief Aroon Purie was joined by his India Today family to mark the milestone. To kick off celebrations, an exhibition of the 50 best India Today magazine covers from the archives were handpicked, including images of 12 of India’s Prime Ministers.
These magazine covers came alive using AI and were on display at the India Today Mediaplex.
Aroon Purie reflected upon the journey of the India Today Group from 1975 to 2025. It was followed by a memorable evening painted red and black, underscoring what it takes to be an institution of integrity.
