Commenting on the ongoing row about MM Naravane’s book, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi said that both him and Penguin cannot speak the truth and that he believes the former Army chief General. “Either Mr Naravane is lying or it is Penguin, which is lying. I don’t think the former Army chief will lie,” he told reporters outside Parliament on Tuesday.
