The Punjab government has launched the Parwaaz Card Program to support young people seeking employment abroad through interest-free financial assistance.
Under the program, the government will provide financial support to 100,000 eligible applicants to help cover overseas employment expenses, including visa fees, medical tests, and air tickets.
The initiative targets individuals who already hold a verified foreign job offer but face financial barriers in completing the required process.
To qualify, applicants must be 18 years of age or older, must reside in Punjab, and must possess a valid overseas job offer issued by an authorized employer. Only applicants who meet all eligibility conditions can apply for assistance under the scheme.
The government has introduced the program to facilitate transparent and organized access to international employment opportunities.
Applicants must submit their applications online through the official portal at https://parwaaz.psdf.org.pk. Officials have advised applicants to provide accurate information during registration to avoid delays during verification.
