The Haikyu!! VS Little Giants (Gekijoban Haikyu!! VS Chiisai Kyojin) anime movie has received a 2027 premiere date.
It was also announced that joining it that year will be the Haikyu!! Bakemonotachi no Ikutokoro “special anime.”
Haikyu!! is based on the Shueisha-published high school volleyball manga by Haruichi Furudate, which was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2012 to 2020 and is collected into 45 tankoubon volumes. The TV anime debuted in 2014, and there are four seasons as of 2020. A two-part Haikyu!! Final movie was announced in 2022, and the Haikyu!!: The Dumpster Battle film premiere in 2024.
