The official Twitter/X for the upcoming Gomon Baito-kun no Nichijo TV anime series announced the addition of four more cast members. The anime is scheduled to premiere in Japan on January 4, 2026.
The new cast members joining the anime include:
- • Nozomi Yamamoto as Berta
- • Kozue Yuki as Reu
- • Satsuki Hatori as Nero
- • Tomohiro Ono as Fon
They join a previously announced voice cast that stars:
- • Shunichi Toki as Sero
- • Takuma Terashima as Shiu
- • Takuma Nagatsuka as Mike
- • Yohei Azakami as Hugh
- • Kisho Taniyama as Hela
- • Rikuya Yasuda as Noe
Fumitoshi Oizaki (Deaimon, The Gorilla God’s Go-To Girl, Sgt. Frog character designer) is directing the anime adaptation, with Hitomi Amamiya (A Condition Called Love) as series composer. Diomedéa is handling the animation production.
The anime is based on the comedy manga series by Yaora Tsugumi, which has been serialized on Hakusensha’s Young Animal Web service since December 18, 2022. Six tankobon volumes have been released in Japan as of June 2025, with a seventh volume expected to be published on December 25, 2025.
