The first look of Aja Sundari, written and directed by Manu Antony, was released on January 25, 2026. The film, produced by Aashiq Abu under the banner of OPM Cinema, is headlined by Joju George and Lijomol Jose.
Manu Antony, a renowned editor with projects such as Pani (2024) and Iratta (2023) under his belt, debuts as a director with Aja Sundari.
The film is co-produced by Jaison Francis, with Drumyuga handling the music direction. The film is cowritten by Geethartha AR.
Aashiq Abu also dons the DOP’s hat in this movie. Sync and sound design is by Nixon George.
Joju George was last seen in his own directorial Pani. His other upcoming movies include Valathu Vashathe Kallan, directed by Jeethu Joseph, and Varavu, directed by Shaji Kailas.
Lijomol Jose was recently seen in Nivin Pauly-starrer Baby Girl.
