Fate/strange Fake Previews Saber vs Gilgamesh and More in New Trailer

The upcoming Fate/strange Fake TV anime has received a new, “TRUE” trailer, which contains moments like Saber taking on Gilgamesh and a preview of the newly announced 13.3g ending theme song “Senzaiteki na Ai.”

There’s also a “Night ver.” key visual and new information regarding the anime’s premiere. Fate/strange Fake‘s January 3, 2026 start will see the rebroadcast of Fate/strange Fake -Whispers of Dawn- TV special and the TV series’ first episode as a single one-hour package, so those looking for the second episode will have to wait a little more.

Fate/strange Fake is an adaptation of the Dengeki Bunko light novel series written by Ryohgo Narita and illustrated by Shizuki Morii, one of the many titles in the Fate multimedia franchise. Crunchyroll describes the anime as such:

In a Holy Grail War, Mages (Masters) and their Heroic Spirits (Servants) fight for the control of the Holy Grail—an omnipotent wish-granting device said to fulfill any desire. Years have passed since the end of the Fifth Holy Grail War in Japan. Now, signs portend the emergence of a new Holy Grail in the western American city of Snowfield. Sure enough, Masters and Servants begin to gather… A missing Servant class… Impossible Servant summonings… A nation shrouded in secrecy… And a city created as a battleground. In the face of such irregularities, the Holy Grail War is twisted and driven into the depth of madness. Let the curtain rise on a masquerade of humans and heroes, made to dance upon the stage of a false Holy Grail.
