The fashion-themed manga Bless is getting adapted into a TV anime, with Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines!‘s Shotaro Kitamura directing at A-1 Pictures. It will begin airing in 2027. A teaser trailer is available now:
A1-Pictures’ Takayuki Kikuchi (Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines! opening storyboard artist and director) is serving as the anime’s assistant director, while Honoka Yokoyama, who has been involved with the OSHI NO KO anime series as a sub-character designer and costume designer, is the character designer. The manga by Yukino Sonoyama debuted in Kodansha’s Shonen Magazine in 2022 and will release its eighth volume on March 9, 2026 (JST). Kodansha USA describes the synopsis as such
