1. Lisa Wilkinson and Peter FitzSimons’s Sydney mansion

Former Today host Lisa Wilkinson and her husband, former Wallabies rugby union player Peter FitzSimons, listed their sprawling mansion in Sydney’s Cremorne.
The couple put their family home of 27 years on the market in August of 2025, listing the historic property with an asking price of $23 million.
It has, without doubt, delivered a massive windfall for the couple, who bought the landmark estate, Ingleneuk, in 1998 for $2.95 million after selling their marital home in Mosman for $1.66 million.

2. Bec Judd’s Arthur’s Seat renovation

Influencer and entrepreneur Bec Judd and her former AFL star husband, Chris Judd, listed their Arthur’s Seat property for $3 million in March 2025.
The couple purchased the 1970s brick home in 2016 for $1,212,500.
The recently renovated home was the latest project of Ms Judd, an experienced renovator and self-taught interior designer.

3. Sam and Snezana Wood’s luxe home

Despite a slow start on the market for Sam and Snezana Wood’s luxe home, patience has paid off.
The reality TV show couple, who wed in 2018, have finally sold their lavish family home in Melbourne’s Elsternwick after initially listing the property last year.
The five-bedroom, three-bathroom Victorian residence is understood to have recently sold for close to the $6.6 million asking price with Dow Real Estate.

4. Bec and Lleyton Hewitt’s ‘viral’ Burleigh Heads home
Celebrity couple Bec and Lleyton Hewitt had a tough time trying to sell their Burleigh Heads home after it failed to sell in October 2024.
Updated at the beginning of 2025, the price guide for the grand Gold Coast home known as ‘The Palms’ was set at $5.1 million.
The home was built by JG Building Projects and JSW Landscape and Design, and designed by PM Concepts. Local interior design team Kira & Kira styled and furnished the property.

5. Celeste Barber’s Central Coast home

Comedian and actress Celeste Barber earned a tidy profit after selling her former home on the NSW Central Coast.
The Runt and Seriously Red star purchased the five-bedroom house in Long Jetty for $565,000 with her husband, Api Robin, in 2014.
The couple shared the double-storey 1980s house with their two children before moving the family north to Tweed Heads in 2019.

6. Sonia Kruger’s award-winning Sydney home

TV host and Gold Logie winner Sonia Kruger secured a significant windfall after selling her luxury home in Sydney.
Strictly Ballroom star Kruger, who hosts Dancing with the Stars and Big Brother, and her partner, former Channel 7 executive Craig McPherson, put the five-bedroom, four-bathroom house in Mosman on the market in November.
The 655-square metre property was scheduled to be auctioned on March 8. The auction did not go ahead; however, records show the property was sold on March 18.

7. Owen Wright’s Byron Bay beach house
Former pro surfer, turned developer, Owen Wright and his wife, singer Kita Alexander, sold their Byron Bay beach house with a price guide of $6.5 million.
Located on Daniels Street, a pocket known as the ‘golden grid’, the home is described in the listing as “an elegant expression of Byron’s signature barefoot luxury”.
Designed by Hogg & Lamb, this was the couple’s first project from their development company Paradiso Property.

8. Eleanor Pendleton’s Terrigal cottage
Beauty entrepreneur and influencer Eleanor Pendleton put her charming Terrigal cottage on the market in October 2025.
Originally built in 1926 by Mackinley Pickett of the Picketts Valley Family, the white weatherboard home has been renovated by the Gritty Pretty founder and her husband.
As part of the renovation, ‘Mackinley Cottage” was given new cladding, timber floors were restored, a herringbone-pattern brick patio was added, as were French doors and colonial-style windows.

9. Rachael Finch’s luxurious Waterloo apartment
Australian model and TV host Rachael Finch and her dancer husband Michael Miziner listed their Waterloo apartment for $2.9 million.
Property records show that the couple purchased the penthouse apartment off-the-plan in 2014 for $1.65 million and have lived in it while raising their two children.

10. Andy Maher’s Clifton Hill home
The Front Bar’s Andy Maher and The Outer Sanctum podcast host Emma Race listed their beloved Clifton Hill home.
The football enthusiasts purchased the home in 2009 for $1.4 million and raised their three daughters within it.
The property is now listed with a price guide of $2.675 million after failing to sell at auction.
