The New England Patriots have seen plenty of notable people voice their support ahead of Super Bowl LX.
Mark Wahlberg and Kenny Chesney made special appearances in the club’s hype video. Kendall Jenner let everyone know who she thought was going to win last week. Tom Brady finally succumbed to the pressure and put out an underwhelming statement of support on Saturday.
Al Horford added his name to the list on Thursday.
“Pats all the way! I’m hoping it’s like a 28-24 type of score,” Horford said following his club’s victory over the Phoenix Suns, as seen on Amazon Prime. “I don’t know if it’ll be that many points because the defenses — both of them are really good. I just want a Pats win, ultimately.”
Horford, who previously spent seven seasons with the Boston Celtics, has developed a fandom for all local teams and continues to support them despite having moved on to play for the Philadelphia 76ers, Oklahoma City Thunder and Golden State Warriors.
