ESPN has stepped into the ring with ONE Championship, today locking in a multi-year broadcast deal for Australia and New Zealand that reshapes where fans can catch the action.
The agreement will see the world’s largest martial arts organisation air exclusively via ESPN across Disney+, Foxtel, Kayo Sports, Fetch TV and Sky NZ, expanding its footprint across subscription and streaming platforms in the region.
Coverage includes flagship numbered events, monthly Fight Night cards and the weekly Friday Fights series, spanning MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing and submission grappling. Select pay per view events are excluded from the arrangement.

The partnership begins with ONE Fight Night 40: Buntan vs Hemetsberger II, live from Bangkok’s Lumpinee Stadium, headlined by a world title rematch between Jackie Buntan and Stella Hemetsberger.
The new agreement sees ESPN take over the Australian rights from the Seven Network, where ONE Championship events had previously streamed live and free on 7plus under a deal struck in 2023.
ONE Championship ranks among the world’s top five sports properties for viewership and engagement, reaching more than 195 countries and boasting a global roster of athletes from over 80 nations.
ESPN and ESPN2 are available in Australia via Disney+, Foxtel, Kayo Sports and Fetch TV, with Sky NZ carrying coverage across New Zealand.
