Emmad Irfani is a former model and now actor who has managed to impress the audience with his craft. The star has worked very sporadically as he does not like to work in too many projects. He is selective and he always manages to shine. He worked in Jalan, Jaan e Jahan and Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum previously and they were all superhits. He sat down for an interview with Maliha Rehman regarding his upcoming drama Kafeel and spoke about his life, career and late son.
Emmad Irfani lost his little son, Zaviyar Emmad tragically. He is a very private person but he has at times spoken about this loss and how Zaviyar was a blessing for both him and his beautiful wife. He was speaking about his career break when he was shooting for Aasman Bolay Ga. The film did not release but Emmad shared how this proved to be a blessing in disguise.
Emmad Irfani shared that he was just working on that film in Lahore for 3.5 years. He did not take on any more work and he did not fly to Karachi. Thus he got to spend so much time with his son Zaviyar. He considers this a blessing. He once told Shoaib Mansoor that he is a part-time actor and a full-time father.
