A key visual and main voice cast have been unveiled for the upcoming Do You Like Big Girls? anime series, which will debut in Japan in April 2026.

The anime’s main voice cast includes:
- • Rin Hinishi as Sota Tachibana
- • Sui Mizushiro as Ayano Hasegawa
- • Kanna Natsuki as Kaori Tachibana
- • Hana Mameshiba as Sanae Yamada
- • Suyako Inemuri as Sakura Asakura
- • Aki Nagatsuki as Kyoka Teshigawara
- • Noeru Kanzaki as Julia Mackenzie
Sota Warai is directing the anime series, with Eeyo Kurosaki (The Titan’s Bride, the upcoming Ingoku Danchi) as series composer and Nagae Ashitaka as character designer. Studio Hokiboshi is in charge of the animation production.
An anime adaptation was first announced by Suiseisha last December and will be part of WWWave Corporation’s AnimeFesta programming block.

The romantic comedy sports manga by Goro Aizome was first launched in Takeshobo’s Monthly Kissca magazine on January 8, 2014 and was serialized there until the it ceased publication on January 8, 2022. It was then transferred to the Web Comic Gamma Plus website on February 18, 2022 and ran there until November 4, 2022. The series then moved to the Takecomic platform, where it has been serialized since December 19, 2025. Eight tankobon volumes have been released in Japan as of June 2022.
The manga also inspired a live-action film adaptation that was released in August 2020.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the Do You Like Big Girls? manga for English release and describes the main premise as:
The big girl era has finally arrived!! Thanks to his sister’s scheming ways, Sota was roped into becoming the hall director for the girl’s varsity volleyball team. Being so short, he’s the perfect target for their merciless teasing. Can the diminutive Sota stand up to these amazons and conquer the high hurdles of life in an all-girls dorm? For Sota and his harem of big girls, it’s victory or bust!
