The bunker doors are staying open a little longer, with Disney+ confirming hit political thriller Paradise will return for a third season.
The series, created by Dan Fogelman and led by Sterling K. Brown as Secret Service agent Xavier Collins, continues to build momentum after a strong second season and growing global audience.
Disney says the drama has amassed more than 30 million hours of viewing for its second season alone, with nearly 12 billion minutes streamed worldwide across its first two seasons.

The latest season has also driven a major boost to the first, generating an additional 25 million hours of viewing as new audiences discover the series and begin from the start.

In season two, Xavier ventures beyond the bunker in search of Teri while those still inside Paradise face mounting tension and unsettling revelations about the origins of the underground city.
The show’s debut season earned four Emmy Award nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series, with acting nods for Sterling K. Brown, James Marsden and Julianne Nicholson.
Brown also received Golden Globe, Critics Choice and Screen Actors Guild recognition for his performance, along with winning the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series.
Paradise is created and executive produced by Dan Fogelman, with Jess Rosenthal, John Hoberg, Sterling K. Brown, Steve Beers, Glenn Ficarra and John Requa also serving as executive producers for 20th Television.

Season two of Paradise is currently streaming on Disney+, with the finale approaching on Monday 30th March.
