Tea Tree Plaza is preparing to welcome a new international coffee house, with Cotti Coffee set to open its first South Australian location later this year.

The cafe has grown into a global powerhouse since 2022, after sponsoring the Argentine national football team and serving up a menu that spans boba-style drinks, matcha, and traditional coffeehouse faves. The brand has been compared to Starbucks most prominently because of its convenience-driven approach.

Now operating at global scale, the brand states it has a presence across 28 countries, with more than 15,000 stores worldwide. While Cotti Coffee has already made its way into the Australian market, this marks its debut in South Australia, adding another global name to the state.

By late 2025, Cotti Coffee had established 16 locations across Sydney, alongside outlets in Perth, the Gold Coast and Melbourne.x

The new cafe is set to open on level two of Westfield Tea Tree Plaza, located near Harris Scarfe. An opening date is yet to be confirmed.

The brand serves up classic coffee as well as fruit-heavy takes on teas and cold brews, much of which we can expect in this new Adelaide location. Matcha, coconut frappe, and lemon Americano are among the cafe’s new items. Cotti is also known for serving fruit teas, much like the style you’ll find at bubble tea stores.

The cafe backs it up with rotating pastry selections, muffins, croissants and savoury baked goods often in the cabinet.

Once the cafe opens, you’ll be able to use the official app to pre-order, and access exclusive deals.
