In just over two years, Fratelli has quickly become Prospects go-to spot for Italian inspired sandos, sweet treats and coffee.
“It’s very much a family-driven expansion, built on the same passion and energy that made Fratelli what it is,” Renee said.
The new venue will continue under the same name, Fratelli which translates to brothers in Italian. Designed to suit city life, the Grenfell Street space will open from 6am, catering to early risers in need of quality coffee and breakfast on the go.
“We know city life moves quickly, so we wanted to create a space where people can grab a panini, toastie, a fresh salad or a great coffee without compromising on quality.”
“We’ve built such a loyal community, and we wanted to bring our food to the heart of the city, making it easier for city workers, shoppers and visitors to grab something fresh, fast and delicious.”
The pictures speak for themselves, from salami and prosciutto to mortadella and crispy chicken cutlets, this is a menu that knows no boredom.
Fans can expect all the Prospect favourites, including the cult-loved Chicken Alla Vodka, Tuna Melt and their signature coffee. But look out because they’ll also be introducing some new grab-and-go options, including fresh salads, hot soups in winter, yogurts and chia puddings. Which is “perfect for busy mornings and quick lunches.”
“The new shop has the same Fratelli soul, vibrant, welcoming and cool, but tailored to the CBD pace,” Renee said. “It’s designed to be energetic and efficient while still feeling warm and inviting.”
Fratelli’s city outpost promises the same heart, just in a new location.
