The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has formally launched the bidding process for the construction of a new cricket stadium near Sector D-12 in Islamabad.
According to an invitation to e-bid issued by the authority’s Procurement and Contract wing, CDA is seeking electronic bids from well-reputed firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C‑A, under the EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) two-stage, two-envelope mode as per PPRA rules.
The tender notice states that detailed electronic bidding documents, including technical requirements, terms and conditions, are available for registered bidders on the government e-procurement portals like EPADS and PPRA.
Interested firms are required to submit their bids online through the EPADS system by 11:30 am on February 16, 2026, along with a bid security of Rs. 120 million, to be provided in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of the DDO Procurement & Contract, CDA. Manual bids will not be accepted.
Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 pm in the presence of the CDA Procurement Committee and authorized representatives of the bidders at the CDA Secretariat in Sector G‑7/4, Islamabad.
