BluPetal Opens Kickstarter Campaign to Publish Let Me Fix You Yuri Manga in English

Manga publisher BluPetal has opened a Kickstarter campaign to publish Sakura Kurihara’s yuri manga Let Me Fix You for English print release. The manga will be translated and localized into English by Kathryn Henzler

The campaign is running from now until April 11, 2026 and has an initial funding goal of US$3,000. As of the time of writing, the Kickstarter campaign surpassed that goal and has amassed a total of US$10,617 from 216 backers for the project so far.

The reward tiers for the campaign is listed as follows:

  • • The Basic Stitch (book only) — US$15.00
  • • The Postal Patchwork (book and four postcards) — US$20.00
  • • The Artisan’s Mark (book and signed bookplate) — US$35.00
  • • The Perfect Pair (book and acrylic standees) — US$45.00
  • • The Whole Spool (bundle of all items) — US$60.00

In addition, the campaign’s stretch goals include translations for Kurihara’s bonus short stories like Melting Away in the Night, Lunch Time Traumerei, and The Young Lady is Dead. A stretch goal of a total of US$10,000 will have every printed book be outfitted with a wrap-around dust jacket artwork from the doujinshi’s original illustration.

A set of four postcards are available as add-ons for the campaign. BluPetal also plans to release the manga as an eBook to coincide with the shipping of the physical manga.

Kurihara self-published the Let Me Fix You manga as a doujinshi in December 2021.

BluPetal describes the main synopsis of Let Me Fix You as:

Let Me Fix You (Kimi wo Tsumugu) is a critically acclaimed Yuri manga that blends the macabre with the deeply tender. The story follows Tsumugi, a quiet, skilled seamstress who finds herself in the company of Chise—a girl who is not quite alive, yet not quite gone.

As Tsumugi mends Chise’s physical form with careful stitches, a delicate bond forms between the living and the undead. It is a story about the labor of love, the beauty of the “broken,” and the lengths we go to for the people who make us feel whole.
