The live-action adaptation movie of Muneyuki Kaneshiro and Yusuke Nomura’s BLUE LOCK manga series will premiere on August 8. A teaser trailer and visual were released, providing fans with a glimpse of its characters and the first scene in BLUE LOCK.

The original manga series was serialized in August 2018 in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine. It has released 37 manga volumes as of February 2026. The series inspired an anime adaptation, a spin-off manga, a stage play adaptation, books, and novels.
