Beau Greaves makes history after becoming first woman to hit nine-darter on PDC Pro Tour

Beau Greaves has written her name into the history books this Wednesday afternoon, becoming the first woman ever to land a nine-darter on the PDC circuit.

The 22-year-old pulled off the perfect leg during her second-round clash against Mensur Suljovic at Players Championship 6 in Leicester.

It’s an absolutely stunning achievement for the Doncaster-born star, who has been dominating the Women’s Series for years and finally secured her tour card at the end of 2025.

That qualification opened the door to more PDC events this year, and she’s certainly making the most of the opportunity.

The moment came in just the third leg of her match against the former major winner.

Greaves opened with two consecutive maximum 180s before sealing the deal with a brilliant 141 checkout, hitting treble 20, treble 19 and double 12 to complete perfection.

What’s lovely is how understated her reaction was – she simply cracked a wry smile when she turned from the board to find Suljovic bowing towards her in a wonderful show of respect.

The commentators, however, couldn’t contain themselves.

“Beau Greaves, it’s perfection. Absolutely incredible,” one exclaimed as the final dart landed.

“Suljovic takes a bow, but it’s Beau Greaves that’s stealing the show. With a shake of the head, she can’t believe what’s just happened.”

The match itself was a tight affair, with Greaves holding just a 2-1 lead when she produced that moment of magic.

She went on to edge past Suljovic 6-5 in a closely contested battle, booking her spot in the last 32 where David Sharp awaits.

It’s not even the first time ‘Beau n Arrow’ has broken new ground this year.

Earlier this month at Players Championship 1, she became the first woman to reach the last 16 of a ProTour event.

Having dominated women’s darts for several years, Greaves continues to prove herself as a brilliant ambassador for the sport, inspiring young girls with a passion for the game.
