The Bang Dream! Yume Mita TV anime has received a trailer and key visual, along with the announcement of a Summer 2026 anime season premiere.
The staff credits reveal that Tomomi Umetsu (storyboard artist and director for BanG Dream! It’s MyGO!!!!! Episode 10 and Houshou Marine’s “How About Paipai Mask?” music video) is directing the Nichika Line-produced with Hiroshi Morita (“How about Paipai Mask?” music video CG supervisor, BanG Dream! Morfonication CG director and episode directo) as assistant director.
Among the other staff members are:

Bang Dream! Yume Mita focuses on the Mugendai Mewtype band, which comprises vocalist Arale Nakamichi, guitarists Nonoka Miyanaga and Ritsu Minetsuki, keyboardist Fuji Miyako, and DJ and manipulator Yuno Sengoku. The band began its activities in 2023, and its members have individual YouTube channels that feature VTuber-style content.

Mugendai Mewtype’s first album, Progress Sign, was released on December 24, 2025.
BanG Dream! is a multimedia “next generation girls band project” from Bushiroad that began in 2015 with a manga series. Other upcoming BanG Dream! anime include a TV series sequel to the It’s MyGO!!!!! and its sequel spin-off Ave Mujica and a movie for the latter.
