Adelaide weather forecast for Sunday November 30th and the days ahead

Adelaide is in for a mixed stretch of weather this week, with everything from brisk showers to a mid-week burst of warmth on the way, according to the latest forecast from the Bureau of Meteorology.

The week begins on a cool and windy note, with showers lingering through Sunday and temperatures topping out at a mild twenty degrees. Conditions will stay unsettled into Monday, 1 December, when the maximum dips slightly to nineteen degrees and scattered showers are expected through the morning and early afternoon. Winds will strengthen across the day, reaching up to forty kilometres per hour.

A gradual improvement arrives by Tuesday as cloud cover begins to lift, ushering in clearer skies and a warmer maximum of twenty-two degrees. The blustery conditions will ease as well, providing a welcome break from the early-week chill.

By Wednesday, Adelaide can look forward to a proper warm-up, with mostly sunny skies and temperatures jumping to around thirty degrees. It will be the standout day of the week, delivering calmer, settled conditions in contrast to the gusty start.

The Bureau has also issued a Warning to Sheep Graziers for the Mount Lofty Ranges, Mid North, Upper South East and Lower South East. The combination of cold temperatures, showers and strong southwesterly winds through Sunday and Monday presents a risk to livestock, particularly lambs and sheep.

Marine conditions are also demanding attention, with Strong Wind Warnings in place for Adelaide Metropolitan Waters, the Central and South Central Coasts, and both the Spencer Gulf and Gulf St Vincent. These warnings extend through to Monday midnight, and boaters are urged to take extra care on the water.

Looking ahead, the weather will continue to ebb and flow as the weekend approaches, with sunny spells mixing with patches of cloud.
