Miki Morinaga‘s Ruby on the Cake: Feast of the Man-Eating Witches manga, which features a world of witches who consume human flesh and witch hunters, has been added to Square Enix’s MANGA Up! Global platform.
The synopsis reads:
Within London dwells humanoid monsters that eat only men—Witches. In order to exterminate them, the British Secret Intelligence Service MI6 formed a unit known as RED. Ruby Blood, a young genius Witch Hunter, is a member of this unit. Off duty, she’s just an ordinary, fun-loving girl who loves food, her family, and most of all, her father’s home-cooked dinners. But on Christmas Night, something happens that changes her fate entirely… An eat-or-be-eaten girl-led suspense!
Ruby on the Cake: Feast of the Man-Eating Witches (Ruby on the Cake: Hitokui Majo no Bansaikai) debuted in the pages of Monthly Big Gangan in April 2025 and has three volumes published under the Big Gangan Comics label as of December 2025. Morinaga’s previous work includes the “Itsumademo Otomodachi” one-shot in Merry bad end girls love anthology and the “Watashi ga Neko ni Narimasu” entry in the third official Lycoris Recoil manga anthology.
