Oppo has expanded its Reno 15 lineup with the launch of the Reno 15 FS 5G. The Reno 15 family already includes several models, such as the Reno 15F (5G), Reno 15, Reno 15c, Reno 15 Pro, and the Reno 15 Pro Mini, which is also marketed as the Reno 15 Pro Max in some regions.
The new FS variant adds a focus on display quality, battery capacity, fast charging, and durability.
Design and Display
The Oppo Reno 15 FS 5G features a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution. The panel supports a dynamic 120Hz refresh rate, 10-bit color depth, and 100% P3 color gamut coverage. In high brightness mode, the display reaches up to 1,400 nits.
Additional display features include splash and glove touch support, along with AGCDT STAR D+ protection. The phone carries an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. It measures 158.18 × 74.93 × 8.14mm and weighs 189 grams. Oppo is offering the device in two color options: Twilight Blue and Aurora Blue.
Internals and Software
The Reno 15 FS 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 5G processor. It comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and supports virtual RAM expansion. Storage is set at 256GB of UFS 3.1, with expansion support up to 2TB.
On the software side, the phone runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
Cameras
For photography, the Oppo Reno 15 FS 5G features a triple rear camera setup. The main camera uses a 50MP SmartSense SC532HS sensor with optical image stabilization. It is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro sensor.
On the front, the device is equipped with a 50MP camera using the Samsung JN5 sensor for selfies and video calls.
Battery and Pricing
The phone packs a 7,000 mAh battery and supports 80W wired fast charging. According to Oppo, the battery can be charged from 0 to 100% in around 54 minutes. Reverse charging support is also included.
The Oppo Reno 15 FS 5G is available in Italy in a single configuration with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It is priced at approximately $465. Oppo has not confirmed availability in other markets at this time.
