The 21st TDCP International Cholistan Desert Rally is scheduled to take place from 4 to 8 February 2026 in the Cholistan Desert, Bahawalpur.
The event will once again bring high-speed motorsport action to Pakistan’s vast desert landscape and is expected to attract motorsport enthusiasts from across the country.
Organised by the Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP), the rally will feature both national and international racers competing across challenging desert terrain.
Beyond the racing action, the event serves as an important platform for promoting tourism, showcasing local culture, and supporting economic activity in South Punjab. Over the years, it has evolved into a large-scale spectacle that draws significant public and media attention.
In a statement issued last month, TDCP Managing Director Asim Raza said that with more than two decades of continuous development, the Cholistan Desert Rally has grown into the largest rally event in South Asia, making a significant contribution to Pakistan’s tourism sector.
He further highlighted Punjab’s vast tourism potential and said that TDCP is pursuing a forward-looking strategy to promote tourism both domestically and internationally.
