Oppo is expected to launch the Find X9 Ultra in March, and a new rumor has offered an early look at the camera sensors that could power its rear setup.
According to a tipster posting on X, the Find X9 Ultra may feature a quad camera system built around sensors from Sony, Samsung, and OmniVision. The information has not been confirmed, and the source does not have an established track record.

Main and Ultrawide Cameras
The main camera is said to use Sony’s newly announced Lytia 901 sensor. The sensor is reportedly a 1/1.12-inch type with a 200MP resolution and a 23mm focal length.
The ultrawide camera is tipped to feature Samsung’s ISOCELL JN5 sensor, a 1/2.76-inch unit with a 50MP resolution and a 15mm focal length.
Telephoto Camera Setup
The leak suggests the ISOCELL JN5 sensor will also be used in a second telephoto camera offering a 230mm focal length and 10x optical zoom.
In addition, the Find X9 Ultra is rumored to include a 70mm periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. This camera is said to rely on the OmniVision OV52A sensor, a larger 1/1.28-inch unit with a 200MP resolution.
If accurate, the setup would be notable for pairing two telephoto cameras, with the shorter zoom option using a significantly larger sensor than the longer zoom camera. However, given the lack of confirmation and the source’s limited history, the details should be treated with caution until further reports emerge or Oppo makes an official announcement.
