New Year’s Day with Wines & Good Times
New Year’s celebrations will continue on 1 January at Lion Arts Factory. The venue will become a multi-zone precinct with two stages, outdoor bars, and food trucks. It’s set to be a massive party with music pumping from 1pm all the way through to 3am the next morning. Two of Adelaide’s biggest promoters are joining forces for this event with stages by Wines & Good Times and The Front Room. Headlining are The Shapeshifters, who Souli says, have “one of the biggest songs in house music.” Of course, he refers to 2004 mega-hit Lola’s Theme, which is sure to get a spin on the night. The courtyard will host Audioporn, Ezee G, Felicity, Funk Fusion, Lesley Williams, Sarez, Seb Jay, and Souli.

Port Vincent Gala Day
This New Year’s Day, the much-loved Port Vincent Gala Day is returning for a jam-packed seaside summer celebration. A highlight on the Yorke Peninsula summer calendar, and just a short two-hour drive from Adelaide, this free, family-friendly event brings together locals, visitors and generations of shack owners for a full day of fun along the foreshore.
The day kicks off with market stalls lining the foreshore selling handmade jewellery, fashion, baked goods, metal art, food and more.
