A third new trailer has been revealed for the upcoming The Holy Grail of Eris TV anime series, which spotlights the main opening theme song. The anime is scheduled to premiere in Japan on January 8, 2026 and will stream on Crunchyroll in select countries and territories worldwide.
The opening theme featured in the latest trailer is “Happy Ever After feat. YU-KA” by singer Reina Washio.
JUMPEI & MORITA (LOST SONG) is directing the anime series, with Kenichi Yamamoto (MF Ghost series composer and co-scriptwriter) as series composer and scriptwriter and Chie Kawaguchi as character designer. Ashi Productions is in charge of the animation production.
The anime’s previously announced voice cast includes:

The fantasy light novel series is written by Kujira Tokiwa and illustrated by Yu-Nagi. It was first published under SB Creative’s GA Novel imprint on November 14, 2019 and ended on November 7, 2024. Four total volumes were released. The series ran as a Shosetsuka ni Naro web novel from October 16, 2017 to August 4, 2018.
DRECOM’s DRE Novel imprint later acquired the light novel series and republished five new volumes, as of November 2024.
The light novel series also inspired a manga adaptation by Hinase Momoyama in November 2019 and another sequel manga titled Eris no Seihai S by S.Kosugi in November 2024.

Yen Press publishes the GA Novel volumes of The Holy Grail of Eris light novels in English, describing the main synopsis as:
