The upcoming enkosaki no Seisokaren na Bishojo ga, Mukashi Danshi to Omotte Issho ni Asonda Osanajimi Datta Ken anime has received its second teaser visual. Contrasting with the previous teaser visual, it presents a wintry, urban scene.

The anime is set to premiere sometime in 2026. It’s an adaptation of the romantic comedy light novel series written by Hibariyu and illustrated by Shiso, which sees male protagonist Hayato Kirishima reuniting with his childhood friend Haruki after transferring to a high school in the city. Although Hayato had thought Haruki to be a boy, he finds that the person before him now has the appearance of a cute and proper beauty.
The Tenkosaki no Seisokaren na Bishojo ga, Mukashi Danshi to Omotte Issho ni Asonda Osanajimi Datta Ken series began in 2021 and has nine volumes as of August 2025. It is published under the Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko label. There is a manga as well.
