At Jump Festa 2026, a new teaser trailer has been revealed for the upcoming second season of Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc., which will debut in Japan in July 2026. The second season was first announced in December 2024.
Toshinori Fukushima (Dad Is a Hero, Mom Is a Spirit, I`m a Reincarnator) will be directing the anime’s second season, taking over from season one director Masahiro Hiraoka. Michiko Yokote (Ruri Rocks) also serves as scriptwriter, taking over from Shingo Nagai, who wrote the scripts for the first season. Masahiro Fujii (returning) serves as chief animation director and Makoto Miyazaki (returning) as music composer. J.C.STAFF is the sole animation production company for the second season. MOE was previously credited with the first season’s animation production with J.C.STAFF.
Meanwhile, the anime’s main voice cast stars:

The first season of Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. premiered in Japan on October 4, 2024 and ran for 12 episodes until December 20, 2024. Amazon Prime Video streamed the anime series worldwide.
The workplace magical girl manga is written by Sekka Iwata and illustrated by Yu Aoki. It was serialized on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ platform from October 20, 2021 to July 9, 2025, and released 18 total tankobon volumes. The manga is also published in English digitally on the MANGA Plus platform.
