Pony Canyon has revealed a second new trailer and two more cast members for the upcoming The Invisible Man and His Soon-to-Be Wife TV anime series. The anime will begin broadcasting in Japan on January 8, 2026.
The two new cast members joining the series include Junya Enoki as Kousuke Madaraito (left) and Shinnosuke Tachibana as Twin (right).
They join a previously announced voice cast that includes:
- • Yohei Azakami as Akira Tounome
- • Yuka Nukui as Shizuka Yakou
- • Riho Sugiyama as Luna Jarashi
- • Masaya Fukunishi as Daichi Kikira
- • Tomonori Ono as Karma
- • Kaori Ishihara as Light
The anime series was originally supposed to premiere this year, but was announced to be delayed to 2026.
Mitsuho Seta (Magical Girl holoWitches! animation PV alternate dimension designer, background art director, color designer et al.) is directing the anime series and serving as the series composer, with Kairi Unabara (the upcoming Witch Hat Atelier anime series) as character designer and Yoichi Kadono as suit design supervisor. Project No.9 is handling the animation production.
The anime adapts the supernatural romantic comedy manga by IWATOBINEKO, which began as a Twitter comic and has been serialized in Futabasha’s Web Action since September 4, 2021. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga for release in English.
