Paramount+ has dropped a first look at the third season of its hit teen drama School Spirits, and class is far from normal at Split River High.
Back for another round of eerie school-yard mystery as new threats emerge and past warnings begin to make sense, the series looks to build on a strong season two premiere that reportedly jumped 104% earlier this year in it’s first week.
Created by Nate and Megan Trinrud for Paramount Television Studios, the story continues to follow Maddie Nears after her brush with the afterlife.

Season three promises a darker turn as Maddie struggles with disturbing visions that blur the lines between two worlds, while Simon remains stuck in the afterlife and grows increasingly obsessed with the school’s deadly past.
Why have so many students died at Split River High and what exactly was Mr Martin trying so hard to keep buried? Maddie’s need to protect both realms pulls her into deeper danger, as once hidden secrets begin to surface.
Peyton List returns as Maddie, joined by Kristian Ventura, Spencer MacPherson, Kiara Pichardo, Sarah Yarkin, Nick Pugliese and Australian talent Rainbow Wedell, who plays Claire Zomer.
They are joined by new recurring cast members Jennifer Tilly as Dr Hunter Price, Ari Dalbert as Kyle and Erika Swayze as Livia, alongside returning guests including Maria Dizzia, Patrick Gilmore, Ian Tracey and Jess Gabor.
The series is produced by Paramount Television Studios with the Trinruds serving as co showrunners and executive producers, alongside Oliver Goldstick. Star Peyton List also serves as an executive producer.
Seasons one and two of School Spirits are streaming now on Paramount+.
School Spirits season three premieres Wednesday, 28 January, only on Paramount+ in Australia.
