The story revolves around Kamyar, a wealthy and spoiled young man, who falls in love with a medical student from a modest background, played by Hania Aamir. In the recent episode, Ayra’s character has become the point of discussion because she ruins her exam while dreaming about her toxic lover. While giving her final medical examination , Ayra, starts daydreaming about Kamyar, who is an obnoxious and toxic lover, imposing his love on her. When Ayra bent down to pick her pen, she saw Kamiyar in her imagination after she picked up the pen . It distracted her mind and she ended up wasting her examination hours.
