The Tamon’s B-Side (Tamon-kin Ima Docchi!?) TV anime has received an energetic second trailer and a January 3 (effectively January 4 at 1 AM JST) premiere date. Witness Saori Hayami‘s fangirl protagonist Utage and the members of the f/ace music group:
Tamon’s B-Side is based on the manga by Yuki Shiwasu, which began serialization in Hakusensha’s shojo publication Hana to Yume since 2021 and has 12 volumes as of October 2025. Viz Media describes the plot as such:
Tamon is an insecure mess in real life, and what’s worse, he’s threatening to quit! Utage refuses to let anyone stand in Tamon’s way—least of all himself. What’s a fangirl to do but roll up her sleeves and support her favorite singer with everything she’s got?
