What’s the news
Certification: The company has received UL certification from UL Solutions (regulatory authority) for cables covered in UL 854 standard. The certification will enable the company to supply cables covered in UL854 standard in the US market and other UL regulated international markets.
With no limitation on the validity of the certification.This certification is expected to strengthen the Company’s export capabilities and enhance acceptance of its cable products in international markets.
Approval: The company has received approval from Power Grid corporation India Limited for manufacturing and supply of ACSR and AL59 (upto 61 strands) conductors for its manufacturing plant situated at A-129, A129A, A-130, SKS Industrial Area in Rajasthan. This approval establishes the Firm’s manufacturing plant as technically suitable for the production and supply of ACSR & AL59 (upto 61 strands) conductors for Power grid projects.
The approval is expected to enhance the Company’s eligibility for participation in future Power grid projects and may support additional business development opportunities.
The ACSR and AL59 are two different types of overhead electrical conductors used primarily for power transmission and distribution lines. They are both made of aluminum, but differ significantly in their composition and construction, which gives them different properties and applications.

EBDIT grew by 30 percent to Rs. 30.8 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs. 23.7 crore in Q2 FY25. Accompanied by YoY growth of 42 percent to Rs. 19.6 crore in Q2 FY26 and EPS growth of 42 percent to Rs.4.05 per share.
