Drip drip drop
Said the raindrop
“It’s done raining!” she cheered,
A rainbow above had appeared.
She closed her eyes, began to climb,
Hand full of glitter, hearts full of time.
Cotton candy clouds, soft and sweet,
Brushed her toes and kissed her feet.
Pink and gold, and shimmering blue,
Candied skies in every hue.
She twirled, she laughed, she reached so high,
Touching magic in the sky.
For Rainbows are not just for sight
They’re climbed and dreamed in candy light.
