An Australian sports star who has accused Alan Jones of inappropriate kissing has admitted in court to sending the retired broadcaster a topless selfie.
The former athlete was back in the witness box on Thursday, challenged by Jones’ team on why he’d missed five chances to report an alleged kiss to police.

Jones returned to court to watch his legal team battle the star, code-named Complainant M, and his allegation of an unwanted kiss at an awards event.
M admitted he had got the wrong venue and changed his account of where Jones was in the room.
“I suggest that kiss did not happen,” Jones’ barrister Gabrielle Bashir, SC, said.
“The kiss did happen. I know the kiss happened because I can’t get it out of my memory,” M responded.
Bashir argued M continued a close relationship with Jones after the alleged kiss.
That night, M texted Jones: “Let me know when we can catch up, lots of love.”
He even borrowed Jones’s Fitzroy Falls estate to escape the paparazzi on Valentine’s Day with his partner.
Jones texted back: “I’m jealous. I’m in love with you too.”
The court also challenged the allegation of a second kiss years later at Jones’s lavish harbourside apartment. The court was told Jones wasn’t there at the time.
“I’m not 100 per cent certain of the date,” M conceded.
The court also heard M sent Jones a shirtless photo of himself in Paris.
Jones responded: “I love the photo. I love you. I want to kiss you for hours.”
The former 2GB giant is fighting 22 charges of indecent assault and sexual touching from six complainants.
After M, there are three more complainants with allegations against Jones.
Judge Glenn Walsh said on Thursday the trial won’t be finished until late October at the earliest.
