Western Sydney Wanderers young gun Talia Younis is headed for Europe after agreeing to two training opportunities with European giants Bayern Munich and Liverpool FC.
The Ninja A-League star enjoyed a standout 2025/26 Ninja A-League and has seemingly now caught the eye, with German powerhouse Bayern Munich and English giants Liverpool taking her on trial ahead of the new campaign.

A member of the recent Ninja A-League All Stars side, Younis put pen-to-paper on a new one-year deal ahead of the upcoming season and will return to the Wanderers ahead of the new campaign.
Younis has emerged as one of Australian football’s brightest young talents during her time with the Wanderers, continuing to impress throughout her development at the club.
Western Sydney Wanderers Football Director Mal Impiombato said the opportunity represented an important next step for the youngster.

“This is an incredible opportunity for Talia to experience two of the biggest football environments in the world and continue challenging herself at the highest level,” Impiombato said.
“Talia is an exceptionally talented young player who has worked incredibly hard for opportunities like this, and we’re extremely proud to see her take this next step.
“It’s also a fantastic reflection of the talent coming through Western Sydney and the pathway we continue to provide for young players with ambitions to reach the highest levels of the game.”
With Younis locked in ahead of the upcoming season the Wanderers are steadily putting together a new-look side from the one that received the 26/27 wooden spoon.
Championship-winner Rhianna Pollicina has headed back to Western Sydney following spells with both Melbourne City and Melbourne Victory whilst championship-winning goalkeeper Sarah Langman has swapped the Mariners for the Wanderers.
Meanwhile Tiana Jaber, Tegan Bertolissio, Samantha Iredale and Silje Bjørneboe have all signed on ahead of the new campaign.
The Wanderers have lost a fair bit of A-League experience from last season’s squad though, with Amy Chessari, Sham Khamis, Amy Harrison, Danika Matos and Alana Cerne among 17 players to have moved on.
