What a friend I have in Jesus
People are like flowers, their beauty fades but Jesus sticks closer than even a close brother.
Have you been rejected?
Turn to the Father who was rejected for you.
What a friend He is.
He who created you knows you better than your supposed closest friend.
He dances over you and longs for you to give Him everything
To turn to Him when everybody turns against you.
What a friend He is
Be content with Him alone.
Why do we put ourselves through the heartache of earthly friendship when we have the perfect friend?
Do as He lovingly asks
Abide in Him and you will find true rest and joy.
