Adrian Goss will join the company as General Counsel, bringing more than 25 years of legal, governance and executive leadership experience across the audio, television, print and digital media sectors.
Kaycie Bradford has meanwhile been appointed Government & Regulatory Affairs Director, taking on the newly created executive role after most recently serving as Seven’s Corporate Communications Director.

Goss joins SCA from Bauer Media Group in London, where he has been serving as Vice President, Legal & Governance across the company’s European audio markets.
His previous experience also includes more than 15 years at Are Media, where he held senior legal and corporate leadership roles.
Bradford brings more than 15 years of experience across media, corporate communications and government, including previous roles with Seven, Southern Cross Austereo and the NSW Government.
She will lead SCA’s strategic engagement with government, regulators and industry bodies including ACMA, Commercial Radio & Audio and Free TV Australia.
The appointments further strengthen SCA’s corporate leadership as the company continues integrating Seven’s television business, with both executives joining the executive leadership team under Chief Financial Officer Scott Butterworth.
Butterworth said Goss’ legal and commercial expertise made him the standout candidate during an international search, while Bradford’s communications, government and public policy experience made her well suited to lead SCA’s regulatory agenda.

Commenting on his appointment, Goss said he was excited to join SCA at what he described as a pivotal time in the company’s history.

Goss will commence in October, while Bradford takes up her new role on 26 October, with both executives reporting directly to Chief Financial Officer Scott Butterworth.
