A six-year love story found its perfect backdrop in Thailand, where Parth and Krutika’s spirited pre-wedding shoot unfolded across Bangkok, Phuket, Dream World Bangkok, and the charming landscapes of Toscana Valley in Khao Yai. Thoughtfully conceptualised and captured by WeddingSutra Favorite – BluSwan Weddings, the shoot traded posed romance for candid moments, weaving together adventure, spontaneity, and cinematic storytelling into a visual narrative that felt deeply personal.
Parth and Krutika’s journey began in the Mumbai suburb of Mulund, where they first met at a mutual friend’s birthday celebration. What started as an easy friendship gradually blossomed into love over six years. Today, alongside building a life together, both continue to carry forward their respective family legacies. Parth is part of his family’s Ayurvedic medicine retail business, while Krutika works with her family’s jewellery retail business. “Although our industries are completely different, we’ve always shared similar values when it comes to business, family, and building something meaningful for the future,” shares Parth.
When it came to planning their pre-wedding shoot, the couple knew they wanted something that reflected who they truly were. Rather than following a conventional romantic narrative, they envisioned a film filled with movement, laughter, and the joy of simply being together. Thailand quickly emerged as the ideal canvas, offering everything from vibrant cityscapes and whimsical attractions to tranquil European-inspired settings and tropical escapes.
Recalling their experience with the team, the couple says, “From our very first meeting with BluSwan Weddings, it felt less like planning a shoot and more like curating an experience. We arrived with a few visual references and a clear sense of what we wanted the film to feel like. They understood our vision instantly and elevated it with ideas we hadn’t even considered. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, allowing us to simply enjoy the journey. What stood out most was how naturally the team blended into the experience. At no point did it feel like we were performing for the camera. Instead, it felt like we were on a beautifully planned holiday, with every genuine moment being documented as it unfolded. That comfort shines through in every photograph.”
Every destination added its own distinct mood to the story. The lively streets of Bangkok brought an urban energy, from carefree moments cycling through cobbled lanes to an impromptu dance aboard the city’s metro. Dream World Bangkok introduced a playful, almost whimsical charm, while the rolling landscapes of Toscana Valley in Khao Yai lent the shoot a timeless European feel. Phuket, meanwhile, balanced the narrative with its relaxed pace and warm golden light, creating quiet moments that felt intimate yet effortless. Throughout the journey, carefully coordinated wardrobes complemented each location, creating a visual flow that tied every chapter of the shoot together.
Among all the memories they created, one photograph remains especially close to their hearts. “One of our favourite photographs is a simple moment of us riding a bicycle together. There was nothing planned about it. We were completely immersed in the moment, simply enjoying ourselves, and somehow BluSwan captured exactly how it felt. For us, that image represents the essence of the entire shoot, effortless, genuine, and full of joy.”
Looking back, Parth and Krutika find it impossible to choose a single highlight because the experience itself became the memory. Whether they were discovering new locations, laughing through spontaneous moments, or simply enjoying each other’s company, every frame reflected the ease and excitement of their relationship. More than a pre-wedding shoot, it became a celebration of their journey so far, captured against the diverse beauty of Thailand in a way that felt authentic, vibrant, and unmistakably their own.
