To celebrate International Friendship Day on July 30th, Adelaide Airport has launched its new Friendship Flight Frenzy, bringing together a range of exclusive domestic and international airfare deals across ten airlines.
Running until August 3rd, the campaign encourages friends and families to swap travel talk for boarding passes, with discounts including group savings, multi-seat offers and sale fares of up to 40 per cent off selected routes.
“We know so many people have group chats with friends and family about heading on holidays
together. This campaign is an opportunity to ‘get out of the group chat’ and make a booking now
while taking advantage of some great deals,” shared Adelaide Airport Executive General Manager Corporate, Alicia Bickmore.
“Whether it’s cocktails in Bali, island hopping in Fiji, exploring the vibrant cities of China, connecting
through Doha to Europe, or enjoying a weekend escape to Port Lincoln or Mount Gambier, there’s a
deal to suit everyone.”
Among the offers are Jetstar flights from Adelaide to Bali from $199 one way, while Fiji Airways is offering savings of up to 40 per cent on selected fares to Fiji and onward destinations across the Pacific and North America.
Travellers heading further afield can also take advantage of discounts with Singapore Airlines, including return Economy fares from Adelaide to Phuket from $907, Ho Chi Minh City from $919, Bangkok from $977, Paris from $1,989 and London from $1,999.
Those planning a European holiday can also save up to 10 per cent on selected Qatar Airways flights departing Adelaide using a promotional code, while China Eastern and China Southern Airlines are offering group discounts for travellers heading to China and beyond.
Closer to home, Rex is offering South Australian sale fares from $169, along with the chance to win two return flights to Port Lincoln when travelling with a friend.
The campaign also includes offers from Qantas, Malaysia Airlines and United Airlines, with United’s non-stop Adelaide to San Francisco service returning later this year.
