As summer gets underway in Philadelphia, families looking for a fun, affordable way to spend a Sunday afternoon have a perfect opportunity at the Navy Yard’s annual Family Fest on June 28.
Taking place from noon to 5 p.m. at Central Green, Family Fest is free and open to the public, bringing together live entertainment, local food vendors, family-friendly activities, and one of Philadelphia’s favorite mascots for an afternoon designed for all ages.

Lawn games, pickleball, and open green space provide plenty of room to play, while food trucks serving a range of cuisines will be available throughout the event.
