Good Morning Pakistan is Nida Yasir’s popular morning show on ARY Digital, known for its entertaining and informative segments. The show frequently hosts actors, celebrities, and experts who participate in discussions on social, family, and lifestyle issues. During these conversations, guests openly share their experiences, opinions, and valuable insights with viewers.
Today, Vaneeza Ahmed, Sabrina Furqan, and Sharmeen Ali were the guests on GMP, where they shared their valuable knowledge with viewers. During the show, Vaneeza Ahmed discussed the causes of autoimmune diseases in women. Besides this, she and Nida Yasir also advised women to live life to the fullest and prioritize their well-being.
Talking about why women suffer more from autoimmune diseases, Vaneeza Ahmed said, “We think we are heroes because we have a high tolerance level, but do you know why women in Pakistan suffer from autoimmune diseases? Because all we do is tolerate. Our bodies keep score; they remember and store everything. For example, if my mother made me wear an itchy dress, I would remember that experience. We don’t have to teach our children tolerance. Instead, we need to teach our girls and boys how to say no. Even if your husband is being unjust, learn to say no. Don’t tolerate everything. What’s wrong is wrong. Stop treating your kids like objects.”
Nida advised women to stop feeling old at the age of 50. She said that many women believe they have become old once they turn 50 and think they should no longer wear certain colors or fabrics. She added that even their children start instructing them not to follow certain fashion trends. Instead, they should make an effort to help them feel young. Vaneeza also added, “Do what you want. Live for yourself.”
