A Sydney doctor has been charged with allegedly sexually assaulting four patients over a period spanning more than three decades.
Dr Andrew Small, 70, was arrested when police raided the Waterloo Medical Centre in Sydney’s inner south just after 6am on Thursday.

7NEWS was there as officers executed the search warrant at the medical practice.
NSW Police said detectives formed Strike Force Midshipman in April this year to investigate reports a doctor had allegedly sexually assaulted four patients between November 1988 and March 2026.

Small has been charged with three counts aggravated sexual assault – victim under authority of offender, aggravated indecent assault – victim under authority, and sexual assault knowing no consent given.
He was refused bail to face court on Thursday.
