The highly anticipated Hotel Panorama has officially unveiled its new offerings, reavealing a dining and entertainment destination complete with 77 contemporary rooms, a rooftop bar, sports bar, sunken fire lounge and sweeping views from the coast to the foothills.
The hotel owned by Hurley Hotel Group has been designed for short-term and extended stays, and the corporate market.
The five-storey hotel will open its doors on Friday May 8 and delivers a full-service hospitality experience. Features include a casual café bar and restaurant with sunken fire lounge, lively sports bar, with a large outdoor area anchored by a seven-metre outdoor screen, and the long awaited rooftop bar, positioned on the fourth level with 180 degree views of the coastline, city and foothills.
Hotel Panorama General Manager, Scott Oakley, said the accommodation offering reflects the Hurley Hotel Groups commitment to creating a seamless stay-and-meeting destination for Adelaide.
“Our rooms and suites have been designed to feel warm, modern and genuinely comfortable,” Scott said.
“Whether you’re staying one night or an extended stay, they support corporate travellers, conferences and group bookings, as well as those who would like a local staycation.”
The room mix includes studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options, along with two signature Panorama Suites featuring private balconies, soaking tubs and dedicated dining areas. All rooms include premium bedding, modern amenities and access to the on-site gym, while select suites offer extras such as kitchenettes, baths and private balconies.
The hotel also offers meeting and function spaces for businesses who are after a space to connect and stay all in one spot.
In total there are four hospitality spaces across the hotel that offer food and drink, with a different vibe connected to each spot.
There’s the lobby bar which is relaxed all-day hub, serving bistro favourites and designed for those casual catch ups that don’t feel too formal. The rooftop bar, Wonderland, is focused on cocktails, wines and shared plates for the times you want to sit, chat and share a cheese board. Think oysters, steak tartare, pork katsu sando and stone fired pizza.
The restaurant is where you go for a more elevated experience, with full table service over a lunch and dinner menu. It’s a venue where you can order sashimi or pork belly for a starter and follow it up with a 12-hour pressed lamb dish.
The Sideline is the classic pub-style space many Aussies know and love, built around those big pub meals, paired with a cold beer and the football on outside in the beer garden. Food features big schnitzels, a grilled section, hand stretched pizza, salads, burgers and all the rest that usually ends up on the table at a pub.
