Recently, Hamza Ali Abbasi recorded a long Islamic podcast in which he spoke on multiple issues, including how he was accused of blasphemy for one of his statements.

Talking about it, Hamza Ali Abbasi said, “Once I said something on a podcast, after which I received multiple warning calls and faced backlash. People told me that I was out of the fold of Islam due to my blasphemous statement. During the podcast, I was asked if I was sure about the conclusions I had drawn regarding the Hereafter, Allah, and faith. I replied that I believe all these things are true, but obviously I haven’t met Allah so can’t say with hundred percent conviction. After that, many people called me and said, ‘Hamza Sahab, we haven’t made a video because we love you, but you are no longer a Muslim. You have to apologize, recite the Shahadah again, and even your Nikah is invalid, so you should perform it again.’ I faced backlash to this extent.” Watch here:
