How does the FotMob rating system work?
FotMob Ratings are powered by advanced data captured by Opta/Stats Perform.
FotMob feeds a wide range of stats and parameters into our algorithm to produce comprehensive player ratings. The algorithm adjusts and weights these statistics according to a player’s position, ensuring that each player is evaluated based on the most relevant aspects of their performance.
This approach allows FotMob to deliver a fair and accurate representation of a player’s contribution on the pitch. FotMob Ratings are widely recognised and trusted by media outlets, clubs, and scouting professionals across the globe to analyse and report on player performances.
