The ODI series against Zimbabwe is part of the ICC Women’s Championship 2025–29. Pakistan is currently ranked fifth in the standings with two points, following their only series so far, three ODIs against South Africa in February and March.
The T20I series will serve as preparation for Pakistan ahead of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, which will take place in England and Wales from June 12 to July 5.
Before the World Cup, Pakistan will also participate in a T20I tri-nation series in Ireland, featuring hosts Ireland and West Indies. That series is scheduled from May 28 to June 4.
Both teams will train at the National Bank Stadium from April 30 to May 2 before the matches begin.
