I take my nighttime routine very seriously. Fresh sheets, a cup of tea, a fully-charged kindle, a heavy spritz of pillow spray are non-negotiable on any given day of the week. But somewhere along the way (maybe as a result of my frontal lobe developing), the baggy t-shirt and shorts combo I’ve been wearing to bed for the last decade started to feel at odds with my sleep standards.
